THE highly regarded Welsh comedian Rhod Gilbert is coming to Abergavenny’s Borough Theatre in October.
In his new show, Gilbert finds himself standing in a service station, armed with a travel pillow, a flask and a very powerful torch, aggressively demanding to know more about an “'Award-Winning Mince Pie' on display on the counter”
The multi award-winning master returns with a slightly ridiculous story of how one mince pie broke the camel’s back!
Gilbert has been listed in both The Times “Top 50 Comedians’ poll and the Rough Guide to British Cult Comedy’s “Top 50 Icons’ and has appeared on Mock the Week and Never Mind the Buzzcocks.
He is at Abergavenny’s Borough Theatre on Friday, October 24, at 8pm. Tickets cost £12 (concessions £10) and are available from the box office on 01873 850805.
