THE Big Music Project is in Cardiff for a one-day event – The Big Music Project Live - on Saturday, February 27.
It is a day dedicated to bringing skills, career enhancement and industry awareness to young people looking to get into the music business and will be held at the Wales Millennium Centre.
The free event will be packed with workshops, first class advice from industry experts and information on work opportunities in the local area. Special guests include representatives from Kaya Festival/Big Ideas.
Funded by the Big Lottery Fund, The Big Music Project is a collaboration between two of the biggest names in UK music – the UK’s number one hit music brand, Global’s Capital, which reaches 8.1 million listeners each week, and the BPI, who are behind the BRITs.
Both have joined up with charity UK Youth to inspire and create incredible opportunities for 14 to 24 year olds from across the country wanting to succeed in the music business.
