CARDIFF CITY Chairman Peter Ridsdale will open a fundraising art exhibition in Penarth this week.
The Better Life Appeal' exhibition, by Kim Toogood and more than 40 other emerging and established artists, will be opened by the Bluebirds' chief at the Washington Gallery, Stanwell Road, tomorrow (June 2) from 7pm.
The gallery will showcase a wide range of media and a blend of unique styles featuring paintings, ceramics, jewellery, photography and printmaking.
Work at the exhibition, which runs from June 2 -15, will be auctioned off on Friday, June 6, from 6pm.
Money raised from the auction will help refurbish a specialist Cystic Fibrosis centre in Llandough Hospital, where Kim Toogood was a patient.
