HOWELL Kenneth Kenneth Howell passed away at home on the 27th August 2023. Loving father of Tracey, father-in-law to Steve and grandfather to Sam and Elliot. Funeral to be held at All Saints Church, Penarth at 12.45pm on the 12th October 2023, followed by a wake at Penarth Yacht Club.
