HUGHES Carmel "née Doyle" Passed away peacefully at home on 12th October 2023. A thanksgiving service for Carmel's life will take place on Monday 13th November 2023 at St. Andrew's Church, St. Andrew's Major, Dinas Powys at 10:45am followed by a committal service at Barry Crematorium at 12:00pm. No flowers by request but donations would be welcomed for Marie Curie Hospice (Penarth) online at www.carmelhughes.muchloved.com or via the Funeral Director.
