WELSBY Brian Frederick Peacefully on 8th November 2023, at the University Hospital of Wales, Brian passed away aged 79. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen, much loved dad of Michael, Wayne and Christine, dear father-in-law to Sarah, Lisa and Richard. Adored Grandad of Rhys, Caitlin and Thomas. Brian will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth, until the funeral service on Monday 27th November at Holy Nativity Church at 11am followed by burial in Penarth Cemetery.
