CARTER James William Peacefully on 27th December 2023 at the University Hospital of Wales, James passed away aged 84. Beloved husband of Margot, much loved father of Simon and Alistair, dear father-in-law to Samantha, adored grandpa of James and Ben. Treasured brother of Pat and the late Jan. James will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth, until the funeral service on Monday 22nd January 2024 at All Saints Church at 12.30pm followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry.
