STEPHENS Avril (née Harding) "We are sorry to announce the death of Avril Stephens (née Harding) who died peacefully at home in Penarth on 25th January 2024 aged 89, surrounded by her family. She was a devoted mum to Robert and Richard, and grandma to Isabel, Ruby and Alec. We will miss you mum! The funeral is taking place at All Saints' Church, Penarth, on Wednesday 21st February at 1:30pm. Family flowers only please."
