Welsh brewery giants Brains have announced plans to sell nearly 100 of their pubs – including four in Penarth.
Earlier this week, Brains revealed that they were looking to offload 99 pubs across the nation.
However, anyone looking to take over their local will likely need deep pockets, as the entire portfolio has been listed as one, with offers over £87.3 million being considered for the lot.
Though the pubs are Brains owned, last year, fellow pub chain Marstons signed a 25-year agreement to manage their pubs.
The vast majority of the pubs up for sale can be found in South Wales – with Cardiff, Swansea, and the Vale of Glamorgan watering holes making up a solid chunk of the list.
Below, you can check out the full list of Brains pubs up for sale, including the ones in our area.

What has been said about the sale?
Peter Constantine of selling agents Avison Young said: "This is a rare opportunity to acquire a large, high-quality package of public houses located in strong trading positions across Wales.
"They benefit from a secure income stream let to an excellent covenant. We anticipate significant levels of demand as packages of this quality rarely come to the market."
