MESSY Church will go wild later this week – going outside to the beach.
Messy Church is found around the world and is a form of church for children and adults which involves creativity, celebration, and hospitality.
The churches of Penarth have joined forces to shake up messy church, bringing it to Penarth Beach on Thursday, February 24.
The fun will be from 3pm until 5pm, welcoming young families who like to play and create and love being on the beach.
People joining the Messy Church on the beach can expect:
- Pop songs;
- Pebble crafts and pursuits;
- A positive message;
- A beach clean.
Messy Church will be on Penarth Beach (Cardiff end) with plenty of activities and challenges focused on Jesus and the storms that all people face in life.
The event is suitable for families, with parents or guardians asked to stay with their children throughout.
