PUBLIC Health Wales has reported 13 Covid-related deaths, including one within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB).
Public Health Wales latest Covid data, which reflects a 24-hour time period up to 9am on Wednesday April 20, states that there are 255 newly reported cases of coronavirus and 13 newly reported deaths.
One of these deaths reportedly occurred in Cardiff and Vale UHB.
According to Public Health Wales five of these Covid-related deaths occurred in Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB, four in Hywel Dda UHB, two in Aneruin Bevan UHB, and one in Swansea Bay UHB.
This brings Public Health Wales’ death toll, throughout the entire Covid pandemic, to 7,302 which include 942 in the Cardiff and Vale UHB and 21 outside Wales.
The latest data from Public Health Wales also includes 255 newly reported cases – including two residents outside Wales.
According to Public Health Wales there are 17 newly reported cases of Covid in the Vale of Glamorgan and 41 in Cardiff.
