THREE Penarth drivers have been in court for speeding offences.
Jason Dean Allen, 49, of Cwrt Dochdwy, Llandough, Penarth, was found guilty of speeding by Cardiff Magistrates Court on April 25.
He was caught on October 14 doing 35mph on Greenway Road and Llanstephan Road, where the speed limit is 30mph. He was fined £220 and given three points on his licence. He also has to pay a £34 surcharge and £90 costs.

David William Brown, 52, of Porlock Drive, Sully, admitted speeding at Cardiff Magistrates Court on April 25.
He was caught on October 24 doing 36mph on A4161 Newport Road junction with Rover Way, where the speed limit is 30mph. He was fined £46 and given three points on his licence. He also has to pay a £34 surcharge and £90 costs.
Owain Lloyd Williams, 29, of Broughton, Cowbridge, admitted speeding at Cardiff Magistrates Court on April 22.
He was caught on October 9 doing 54mph on Llantwit Road, where the limit is 30mph. He was fined £425 and given six points on his licence. He also has to pay £34 a surcharge and £90 costs.
