PENARTH will be hosting a special event with a top radio presenter.
Griffin Books, Penarth’s award-winning independent book shop will be welcoming Radio 4’s Today programme presenter Justin Webb to the town to celebrate the release of his new book.
Mr Webb will be discussing his memoir, The Gift of a Radio, which discusses his extraordinary childhood.

His coming-of-age story takes place in 1970s Britain and discusses his mother’s un-diagnosed psychological problems, his stepfather’s untreated psychological programmes and moving to Quaker boarding school with gun-wielding school masters and sub-standard living conditions.
