CONCERN is growing for a man who has been missing for four weeks.
Joel Phillips, 25, who is from Penarth, has been missing for almost a month, and South Wales Police have appealed to track him down.
He was last seen boarding a train from Grangetown, heading towards Cardiff, on Friday July 8.
A spokeswoman for South Wales Police said:
“25-year-old Joel Phillips from Penarth has been missing for four weeks and we are concerned for his welfare.
“He was last seen boarding a train at Grangetown on Friday, July 8, heading towards Cardiff.
“He also has connections with Swansea.”
Anybody who sees Joel Phillips or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact South Wales Police with ref*228320.
