DOCTOR Who was in Penarth.
The hit TV series recently shot scenes at Penarth Barrage on a floating pontoon, which plays a part in one of the episodes.
Filming for the new series also took place at Cardiff Bay Barrage.
It was reported the cast had to brave sub-zero conditions for the shoot which was done during the Vale’s recent freezing temperatures.
The shoot involved a floating pontoon which was towed into one of the three entrance locks in Penarth Barrage.
