TAYLOR Wimpey South Wales is holding a series of Easter Incentive Events across its developments to help buyers learn more about the range of offers available to assist them in buying a new energy efficient home.
Potential homebuyers are invited to visit the Clare Garden Village, Gwel yr Ynys, and The Grange developments on Saturday, April 15, and the following day to find out more about the incentives on offer.
The events will coincide with Easter celebrations, with colouring competitions for children to take part in and prizes to be won throughout the weekend.
Each of the developments will be focussing on different incentives available, with Clare Garden Village showcasing the Key Worker Discount, whereby a special discount of up to £15,000 can be redeemed against a brand new house for key workers.
Gwel yr Ynys and The Grange are featuring the Part Exchange scheme in which the homebuilder will make you an offer on your current home to put towards a new property on the development.
Danielle Heard, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South Wales, said: “We are thrilled to be hosting these events across our developments in South Wales.
"This is not only a great opportunity for customers to learn more about the incentives and offers we have available, but it also allows them to get a feel for our new communities and imagine a life for themselves here."
Events will be taking place at the following developments on Saturday, April 15, and Sunday, April:
- Clare Garden Village, Cowbridge - key worker event;
- Gwel yr Ynys, Sully - part exchange event;
- The Grange, Newton, Porthcawl - part exchange event.
Ms Heard said: “This is a great opportunity to gain valuable advice on how to make your move from our experienced sales team, as well as fun Easter themed activities for children to take part in, making this a great opportunity to see what life could be like at a Taylor Wimpey development.
"We want to make your moving process as stress free as possible, so let us take care of it.”
