REGINA MAURA MCCAFFERTY, 31, of Romilly Road, Barry must pay £358 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Redlands Road, Penarth on April 21.

IAN STUART LEWIS, 41, of Llys Y Coed, Barry must pay £398 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 46mph in a 40mph zone in Swansea on April 21.

MONICA BINDING, 79, of Ceri Avenue, Rhoose must pay £58.34 in costs and back duty for keeping a vehicle on Albert Road, Penarth on February 13 when it was unlicensed.
THOMAS PAUL DAVENPORT, 40, of Kenilworth Road, Barry must pay £322 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Severn Avenue, Claude Road West, Cwm Talwg on April 22.
