A PENARTH business is celebrating a win at Cardiff Property Awards 2023.
Key Home Staging, established in 2018, offers home staging and styling services to homeowners, estate agents, developers, and investors in South and West Wales - helping them prepare the property for sale.
Key Home Staging won in the ‘suppliers and services’ category of the Cardiff Property Awards with the ceremony held at Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel and Spa earlier this month.
The judges described Key Home Staging – which is based at unit four of Atlantic Business Park in Sully – as “a clever business model excellently delivered with impressive projects" which has “very clear evidence of success and value-add” plus “so much opportunity”.
Director of Key Home Staging, Emily Davies, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have won this award and to be recognised for our work within our hometown.
“Home Staging is still very much a new concept in Wales and our aim is to continue to help home sellers understand the importance of property presentation, the value it can add to a property and how it can help speed up their selling journey.
“Our end goal when working with our clients and their homes is to achieve eye catching marketing images, to maximise their properties value and reduce their time spent on the market.
“We do this by offering a number of services and packages from a complimentary consultation to a full rental furniture and accessory install.”
