CHRISTMAS is coming to Penarth tomorrow afternoon, December 14, as the town centre is set to be turned into a winter wonderland festival.
The Penarth Business group is hosting Christmas in Penarth, with local shops staying open late to provide an opportunity to find unique gifts, festive decorations and special offers.
