A show delving into the paranormal and supernatural will be coming to Cardiff in 2025.

"Ghost Stories", the sell-out and Olivier Award-nominated production, will be at Cardiff's Wales Millennium Centre as part of a national tour.

After capturing the imagination of audiences worldwide with record-breaking productions and a hit film, the supernatural sensation will be in Cardiff from July 29 to August 2, 2025.

Ticket sales will begin on July 5, 2024.

In "Ghost Stories", Professor Goodman, a hardened sceptic of the supernatural, investigates three alleged hauntings.

As events unfold, he is pushed to the brink of rationality as he grapples for explanations for the eerie occurrences.

The adventures of Goodman as experienced by a night-watchman, a teenager, and expectant businessman form the backbone of the storyline.

The show brings a world of thrilling twists and hair-raising turns to the stage.

It's an electrifying encounter and a testament to the thrill of horror.

"Ghost Stories" has received critical acclaim, hailed as a standout among London's theatrical offerings.

Its last UK appearance was a celebrated run at the Lyric Theatre in 2019 before transfer to the Ambassador's Theatre for its latest West End run.

Written by Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson and produced by Simon Friend Entertainment, "Ghost Stories" is a culmination of talent, expertise, and horror craftsmanship.

"We are beyond excited that Ghost Stories will be scaring the hell out of audiences around the country in its first ever full national tour.

"It's fifteen years since we first brought screams, laughs, jumps and killer twists to the theatre and we can't wait to do it again.

"Are you brave enough to book?" Dyson and Nyman asked excitedly about the forthcoming tour.

Mr Nyman, a multi-award-winning actor, writer and director, has earned the respect and admiration of critics and audiences alike.

Among his notable credits are starring roles in the original production of "Ghost Stories", Martin McDonagh’s "Hangmen", Stephen Sondheim’s "Assassins", and the upcoming "WICKED".

Mr Dyson, renowned as co-creator and co-writer of "The League of Gentlemen", is well-versed in comedy, having scripted numerous award-winning sitcoms.

Among his written works is "Ghost Stories", which earned an Olivier award nomination and has seen multiple West End runs since 2010.

Finally, a serious note of caution must be shared for interested patrons.

"Ghost Stories" hosts moments of considerable shock and tension, rendering it unsuitable for anyone under the age of 15.

Those of a nervous disposition are advised to think seriously before attending.
