A whole host of events have been announced by a Penarth bookshop for the autumn.
Griffin Books, an award-winning independent bookstore in the town, has revealed an extensive line-up of literary events.
British pop icon, Rick Astley, has been confirmed for an event at the Wales Millennium Centre on Monday, October 14 which is jointly hosted by the bookshop.
The bookstore has added more events to the autumn calendar, including Her Honour Wendy Joseph KC, a former Old Bailey judge.
She will be at The Paget Rooms on Wednesday, September 18 discussing her new book, Rough Justice. The book draws on her experience as a murder trial judge.
Ms Joseph's previous work, Unlawful Killings, was a Sunday Times bestseller and winner of the CWA Gold Dagger for Non-Fiction in 2023.
On Monday, September 30, Welsh rugby star, Dan Biggar, will be taking on 'the Biggar picture'.
Mr Biggar will discuss his new memoir, The Biggar Picture, at an event where attendees can gain insight into his personal and professional life within the world of rugby.
Acclaimed novelist, Kate Mosse, will return to Penarth on Thursday, October 10 to discuss her latest book, The Map of Bones.
This novel - which tells the story of adventure and hardship - marks the conclusion to The Joubert Family Chronicles, a four-book series which started with The Burning Chambers.
