A number of public notices are made every week to highlight the goings on across Penarth.
This week, there have been five public notices.
Four of which have been probate notices, and one is for an application for a goods vehicle operator's licence.
The probate notices relate to the estates of four deceased people.
Georgia Bennett probate
Ms Bennett resided at 115 Andrew Road in Penarth. She died on January 24, 2024. Anyone who has a claim against or an interest in her estate must contact Ceri Webster c/o Hugh James by writing to Two Central Square, Central Square, Cardiff, CF10 1FS before October 2, 2024.
David Howard Edge probate
Mr Edge lived at 23 Croffta, Dinas Powys. He died on May 2, 2024. Anyone who has a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mr Edge must contact PDA Law Solicitors by writing to PDA Law Solicitors, 121a Saughall Road, Blackon, Chester, CH1 5ET before October 9, 2024.
Marilyn Elizabeth Stickler probate
Ms Stickler previously resided in Flat 2, Grange Court, 82 Cardiff Road. She died on November 7, 2023. Anyone who has a claim against or an interest in the estate of Ms Stickler must contact Leanne Burton by writing to Leanne Burton c/o Co-operative Legal Services Limited, 650 Aztec West, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4SD before September 19, 2024.
Jack Robinson probate
Mr Robinson lived at Shire Hall Care Home, although he was formerly of 9 Oyster Bend, Sully. He died on November 7, 2023.
According to the Trustee Act 1925, anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estates of the deceased must contact Rees Wood Terry by writing to Rees Wood Terry, 9 St Andrews Crescent, Cardiff, CF10 3DG before September 27, 2024.
Tollgate House - Goods Vehicle Operator's Licence
Smiths (Gloucester) Ltd of Alkerton Court, Eastington, Gloucestershire seeks to amend its existing licence to allow an extra five goods vehicles at its operating centre at Tollgate House Cardiff.
Owners or occupiers of land, including buildings near Tollgate House, who believe that their use or enjoyment of land would be affected, must make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, Leeds.
These must be sent within 21 days of this notice and a copy sent to the applicant at the Alkerton Court address.
