A single planning application for the Penarth area has been submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan Council in the last week.
Alice Reynolds, the applicant, has submitted an application to replace all single-glazed windows at 14 Victoria Square, Penarth with double-glazed units.
The windows will be double glazed accoya sashes with period mouldings and section sizes which will match the existing windows. The application says the sashes will be glazed with 14mm argon filled, toughened double glazed units and will be decorated using white Teknos paint.
The new windows will be made by Sash Windows Trade Ltd in Iron Action.
The proposal is now open for consultation and more information can be found on the Vale of Glamorgan Council's planning portal under the application number 2024/00643/FUL.
