Papyrus Prevention of Young Suicide has launched its 11th Hopewalk event, taking place this October.
It is open to people of all ages and aims to raise awareness about suicide prevention.
In the UK suicide is the main cause of death of all young people under the age of 35.
Hopewalk is Papyrus' flagship event which takes place every year across the UK.
Locally participants will meet at the Papyrus Cardiff office at Hastings House. They will then set out on a walk around the city, returning to the office for refreshments.
It is hoped that many people will take part, either completing the whole route or just a part of it and by doing so help raise vital awareness and encourage positive discussions around young suicide.
The walk will last approximately one hour and will take place on October 10 starting at 5.30pm.
