There was one planning application submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan Council for the Penarth area last week.
Here is the application that was submitted between Monday, September 30 and Sunday, October 6.
Plans were submitted to build a new porch in Castle Avenue.
The 3.5m x 1.5m porch would feature wood panelling and a sloping roof.
The application also includes plans for a dropped kerb and a 5m x 4m parking area.
The application can be viewed on the Vale of Glamorgan Council's website with the planning application number 2024/00774/FUL.
