A planning application for the conversion of a garden room into ancillary accommodation has been withdrawn.
The application, which did not involve any demolition work and was concerning the garden room at 47 Stanwell Road, Penarth, was withdrawn from consideration between October 14 and October 20 according to the Vale of Glamorgan Council's website.
