One of Penarth's largest fireworks displays has sold out a week before the event.
Residents eagerly snapped up the limited tickets for Penarth Lawn Tennis Club's annual firework event.
The club has confirmed no tickets will be available at the gate for the show on Friday.
A spokesperson for the club said: "We’re delighted that the event has been such a hit with Penarthians for another year.
"We’re excited to be welcoming another bumper crowd to the club, and we are looking forward to having an amazing night of fireworks, as well as the bonfire, food, and everything else that has been laid on."
The club urged attendees to travel by foot or public transport, and to be considerate of neighbours when arriving and leaving the venue.
Events like the fireworks display raise essential funds to maintain the club which has more than 500 members.
