A 29-YEAR-OLD woman from Barry has been disqualified from driving for 31 months.
Jessica Matthews, 29, of O’Donnell Road, Barry was convicted of three driving offences.
On May 1, the defendant drove a Renault Modus on Pen Y Turnpike Road without due care or attention, without third party insurance, and while disqualified from driving.
The defendant was sentenced on August 13, 2024, to a community order until 2026 and and 25 days of rehabilitation activity.
The defendant was disqualified from driving for 31 months and fined £120.
The cost to the prosecution was £85 with a surcharge of £144 and an application was made for benefit deductions.
