A windy and wet weekend is on the horizon for Penarth, despite the Met Office predicting a relatively dry end to the working week.
The weather for Thursday (November 14) in Penarth is predicted to be overcast for the majority of the day, although some sunny spells are predicted around 10am and midday.
Temperatures are set to reach highs of around 12 degrees, but for the majority of the day, it will be around 7-10 degrees.
Winds are predicted to reach around 16mph at the highest.
Friday (November 15) is set to be much of the same, with some overcast periods and sunny spells in the morning before changing to cloudy after midday.
Temperatures are predicted to reach around 10 degrees at the highest with the feels-like temperature around a degree cooler.
An overcast Saturday (November 16) morning is expected to change to rain by 3pm, continuing through the night.
Sunday (November 17) is also set to be rainy, with the showers expected to last until roughly 6pm.
However, there could be some sunny spells alongside the rain from 9am until midday.
The start of next week is set to be better, with dry, cloudy conditions forecast for Monday (November 18).
There could be some sunny spells between 9am and 3pm, but temperatures are expected to be chilly, not predicted to go past 8 degrees.
Wind speeds are set to reach around 31mph on Sunday and Monday.
