SOUTH Wales Police cordoned off part of Plassey Street in Penarth for hours on Wednesday, November 20, due to a medical incident.
Police tape was seen outside of the N&S Store on Plassey street, just down from Glebe Street, at around 7pm.
Multiple officers were at the seen with a police van there.
Now, South Wales Police has revealed what happened.
A spokesperson for the force said: "This was a medical incident involving a collapsed woman who was taken to hospital."
