There is always something going on in Penarth to keep residents and visitors entertained.

Carol singing and open doors
Penarth Pier Pavilion is hosting a carol singing and open doors event on Saturday, December 7.
The free event starts at 11am, with singing led by the Penarth Salvation Army Band.
The event will close at 1.30pm.
After the singing, attendees can enjoy tea, coffee, and mince pies while exploring the pavilion.
This is part of the 2024 open doors event, allowing the public to learn more about the venue.
Town mayor's Christmas concert
The town mayor's Christmas concert is on Saturday, December 7.
This event takes place at Turner House Gallery at 7pm.
Tickets are priced at £5.
The evening promises festive songs and holiday cheer, with performances from Cardiff vocal ensemble, Rhapsody.
Sleeping Beauty and the Kingdom of Dreams
The Paget Rooms will be home to the pantomime 'Sleeping Beauty and the Kingdom of Dreams' from Thursday, December 5 to Sunday, December 8.
This original show has been specially written for the Penarth Operatic and Dramatic Society's centenary year celebrations.
The story features a cursed princess, fairies, and an enchanted land.
Christmas fair
To get everyone into the festive spirit, Penarth Conservative Club is holding a Christmas fair on Friday, December 6, from 4pm to 7.30pm.
The fair will have stalls selling Christmas gifts, a raffle with exciting prizes, and a free mince pie for all attendees.
All proceeds from the raffle will go to Marie Curie.
