BY ALL accounts PACL (Penarth Arts and Crafts Ltd) have a lot to answer for in the present critical situation for the Pavilion.
Instead of building up a programme, they’re missing out on the summer season.
It’s a disgrace that Penarth Town Council, Tories and Labour, passed a motion to support PACL,while excusing themselves as without powers.
Let’s call time – they’ve failed us and squandered public funds.
Clear out the old, restructure PACL who have a 125-year lease, and bring in people with business sense.
